About Shipping

Processing time

All work is handmade in my studio in Tuscany, with great care and attention given to each piece. Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, slight variations may occur in production works.

Please allow for 2-3 weeks before shipping on production line orders.

If you are ordering a one of a kind piece, it will be shipped out within 3-4 days of your payment.

If you have any questions about ordering or need a rush delivery please be in touch with me before placing your order.

I will try my best to accommodate any requests.

Estimated shipping times

Shipping within Europe will take an estimated 1-2 weeks.

To North America may take 2-3 weeks. Africa, Australia, New Zealand, China and Japan 3 weeks +.

These delivery times are only estimates, and I will ask for your patience in arranging deliveries to new places. All deliveries are made with signature required upon delivery.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


If you are ordering a gift to be shipped to someone, please e-mail me in addition to your order. I am happy to include a notecard and celebratory wrapping for gifts.

Jewelry care

All jewelry will need a little love now and then, but to help you maintain your beautiful new pieces I recommend :

  1. Apply all make-up and perfumes before you put on your jewelry.
  2. Take your jewelry off before you go swimming, exercise, or use any cleaning abrasives or acids.
  3. Storing your jewelry in an air tight bag will help to slow tarnish. When it is time to clean, use a soft toothbrush and toothpaste to gently scrub the pieces or take them to your local jewelry for an ultrasonic bath.

Some stones should never be placed in an ultrasonic bath, your local jeweler can advise you on this.


It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase.

If the jewelry you ordered does not meet your expectations you may return or exchange it within 15 days of it’s arrival.

The piece(s) must be returned unworn/used in their original condition and in all original packaging. Shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

  • Custom made commissioned works can not be returned.
  • Items purchased on sale can not be refunded or exchanged.

Repairs/ Damages

I guarantee my works to arrive in mint condition and to be perfectly functioning, unless mishandled in shipping. If any works should arrive to you and have faults please contact me immediately & directly at jennwellsstudio@gmail.com.

I will be happy to fix/ repair the piece.

My pieces will hold up to normal wear and standard cleaning over the years. However, as pieces age other repairs may become necessary depending on how the piece is worn.
